Keystone Catfishing March 4, 2007

Tiny's Guide Service

Fished with Tommy, Jimmy, and Bret today. Had a great time. This was the first guided trip of this year. Fishing was tough due to two fronts that came through on previous days and the shad were holding mid level so it was impossible to see where the fish were by them. We caught 4 right off the bat and then went around to the main channel side and didn't do any good at all over there We boated all the way over to 412 bridge to see if we couldn't locate some bigguns out in there but never found anything. We need a few day so good ole south wind to get things churned up up there. First fish Bret caught within about 2 or 3 minutes of casting out in the first spot. 13 lbs, 5 oz.

Jimmy caught this one shortly after. 12 lbs 14 oz.

33 lb spoonbill that we ran into and snagged up at the mouth of the Arkansas River.
