Keystone Catfishing March 8, 2009

Tiny's Guide Service

Fished with Larry and his two sons, Billy and Steve. It started out a little rough this morning with high winds. Didn't last too long as we made a few stops after catching shad and the wind had died down quite a bit. We found lots of fish but it seemed like they were only active in certain areas. We found a pretty good pattern just off the main channel but we got away from that and started working on fish that were really just all over the place but they wouldn't bite worth nuttin. We ended up with 16 total for the day and the biggest was 15 lbs. We had a few really nice fish get off .. Steve allowed that pole was possessed or unlucky or something so he started swapping them around but that didn't help either ... it must have been the rod holder that was possessed hahaha.

Larry with the biggun of the day at 15 lbs

Steve acted like he was plum proud of this catch as he wanted his picture taken with it.

Billy with a nice blue

Billy wasn't so proud of his drum ... this was the second one of the day for him
He was feverishly trying to shake this off the hook before I
could get a picture of it but he couldn't get it loose. hahaha
