Fished with father and son team of Joe and his boy Peter. Weather was pretty good all day all except for that dad burned east wind. We got about the same amount of bites today as we did yesterday but it only translated into close to 30 lbs of fish. We missed a pretty big one that made a pretty impressive tail slap on the surface and about a 5 ft swirl but don't know perzactly how big it was ... probably around 15 lbs along with 3 others that were pretty nice that bit a little short. All the fish seemed to be biting short except for those few we landed. One of them was a pretty nice striper that put up a nice struggle and weighed in at 11 lbs. Those rascals are pretty powerful in some fairly strong current.
